PW5 Nibong, PW6 Sumang and PW6 Soo Teck may open in 2015 after
the newly-released Waterway flats are completed. Believe?
PW7 Soo Teck you mean.
They will open PW5, PW6 and PW7 first but i expect flats to be
along the wateway at PW1.
Punggol Northeast and Punggol North would also be developed as a
park. PW3 and PW4 will also open thanks to the proximity of the
Punggol Pier (Fishing XD) and the promenade.
PW2 would most probably be closed lol. Unless they decide to
build Punggol North, I doubt it will be open since it was said to
have both sides as residential area.
The REAL waterway units should be launched in 2015, the one
facing Coney Island, thats when they should build Punggol North
(BTW, They indicated that Coney Island will also
have Residential area. 0.o
