Actually, please check sgWiki's Chinatown MRT station. There is
no Exit B or rather it was closed. (In 2005 map I have seen a
chinatown exit B, but a few days ago I went to ask their staff and
they say no Exit B.)
PS: Given your source, I guess the "Exit B" is at the "This
Fashion" Shop, only that there is one banner / poster blocking a
gate / exit being locked (So cant see easily).
