Don't need say it's a restricted area, being on the railway line itself is already restricted.

But the problem is people can still go there as if nobody business (Except Woodlands and places that are station nearby). Dont FLAME me, if this is nonsense, then how come there had been cases of fatal accident (Not suicide). (And even being on railway is restricted, but it is not as obvious as a military restricted area)

You sure want to walk on the tracks? Without Cert 038, don't even think about walking on it.

I mean ALONG the tracks or along the BARBED WIRES is they have surround the tracks..

How to go to Woodlands? It's a restricted area you know. Before you enter the area, the familiar red sign with the soldier shooting the civilian will pop up.

If that's the case, then maybe a distance away from Woodlands KTM station.

If you walk within Singapore territory, it's fine. Once you step on Malaysian territory, it is actually illegal. (Although I have to add that unless there are officers around, you won't get chased off.)

The worst thing is this:

One want to take shortcut, like crossing to the other end.

Suddenly, a train come and flew..... GG liao......

There are such areas (In Bukit Timah)

If that's the case, then maybe a distance away from Woodlands KTM station.

Please use Google Earth or Google Maps to see where it's located. Once the end of the train crosses the Straits of Johor, the train is at the platform. The locomotive will then go to the headshunt and to the other side of the consist where it will then take the rake back to Malaysia. The train will not travel further south of the checkpoint. If you move a distance away, you will only see trees and grass. No more trains.

So far there has only been 1 reported incident that I know of near the Rail Mall. But that one was a suicide. The others were near misses. That's why you must listen to the tracks.

phew, while that does not gurantee no such accidents at all (Since it has about 100 years of history), but it gives assurance of such things dont always happen.
