It's at the area between the NSL and NEL.
From the travellator connecting both lines, walk down the stairs
next to the long ad wall next to the travellator. There,
you will see a sign, saying "temporary hoarding" or something. Down
there, there is a gap from which your camera can go snappy snappy.

so that's where the CCL platform is....now that u say it, i
remember a place constantly under construction
it's nearer to the NSL platform right?
stage 1 and 2 is beginning to take shape...next time i can take
CCL direct to suntec city (esplanade station)...can say bye-bye to
walking via citylink le
