I can't prove that there is any direct causal relationship
between residents being afflicted by leukemia and operations of MRT
from 1988-1992 and 1998-2002, but there has been
a dramatic increase since it's operations.
Pre MRT
operations (1968-1972)
Lymphatic leukaemia = 80
Myeloid leukaemia = 113
Monocytic leukaemia = 6
Ohter leukaemia = 2
Leukaemia, unspecified = 21
Total = 222
Pre MRT
operations (1973-1977)
Lymphatic leukaemia = 71
Myeloid leukaemia = 121
Monocytic leukaemia = 3
Other leukaemia = 6
Leukaemia, unspecified = 32
Total = 233
Pre MRT
operations (1978-1982)
Lymphatic leukaemia = 75
Myeloid leukaemia = 127
Monocytic leukaemia = 4
Other leukaemia = 4
Leukaemia, unspecified = 30
Total = 240
Pre MRT
operations (1983-1987)
Lymphatic leukaemia = 97
Myeloid leukaemia = 151
Monocytic leukaemia = 3
Other leukaemia = 8
Leukaemia, unspecified = 20
Total = 279
Post MRT operations (1988-1992) [Transitional
phase]
Lymphatic leukaemia = 124
Myeloid leukaemia = 206

Post MRT operations
(1998-2002)
Lymphatic leukaemia = 159

Other leukaemia = 5
Leukaemia, unspecified = 131

**Assumptions made: EMF radiation only causes leukaemia.
