does a company need to apply for license to impose rule that
employ fine to carry it out?
like pay $100 or any amount for wheel cramp offense....
pay $1000 for littering in private area.....
on top of that, they need to pay GST and issue receipt rite?
What if u refuse to pay the fine and walk off.... do they have the
right to forcefully detain you?
