dun forget back in 80s, we weren't really able to afford for a big MRT project either

it's a game tat played off. I remembered back then my dad was telling me, we're lucky to get it done w/ relatively low bids

funding was quite an issue, dun forget tat time our fighter jets were still either 2nd hand or from remaining surplus spare parts left in wharehouse ppl dun want
