I had never been supportive of CCL. It had too many structural
issues. Buses are still my preferred method of inter-town transport
if they could provide direct links.
Eg: Makes no sense for AMK residents to take NSL train to BSH,
then transfer to CCL to PYL, then EWL to BDK if they want to go to
BDK. Route 25 goes by the most direct way.
if i stayed in amk, i wun wan to take mrt to bedok either (thru
that weird method of interchange) but not everyone stays in amk i
guess so the CCL will still be of use to those who wan go bedok and
have no direct bus there (those at marymount station area might
like it since they have direct CCL to paya lebar then bedok
though)
it's a matter of whether got direct bus...if dun have, got to
take train (i'll prefer train transfers to bus transfers)
