More train trips added on
weekends
Another 64 train trips will be added on weekends to bring about
shorter waiting times.
Half of the trips will start this Sunday while the remaining
will start next Saturday.
Vice President of Operations at SMRT Vincent Tan says these
additional trips will see train frequency average about 5 to 6
minutes during weekends for most parts of the day.
This is the fifth time the operator has enhanced its train
services since February last year.
