Double cars can be chosen randomly, although there is a tendency
for SMRT to deploy cars which car numbers are close to each other,
like 102-103 or 109-111.
SPLRT (Sengkang Punggol), 41 cars, 01 to 41.
SPLRT do not operate double cars.
Changi Airport, 10 cars for North side, 01 to 10, 6 or 7 cars
for South side.
Double cars are similar to BPLRT, can be chosen randomly, but there
is tendency to deploy cars which car numbers are close to each
other.
