perhaps some power failure somewhere..
Most likely not, most of Bukit Panjang LRT's countless amounts
of breakdwons were not related to power at all. There are also
breakdowns which do not get reported (because they can solve it
within 30 mins), like the occasional train getting stuck at Choa
Chu Kang station crossover.
