I think the problem lies with Saw P H. she worked in the private
sector before coming to SMRT and seemed to focus too much on profit
and less on service.
as carbikebus commented before, even purchases of new buses need to
seek her approval. thus the degradation of SMRT as a company isnt
surprising to me...
