A SMRT Personnel saved the life of a woman on Tuesday when the
woman fell to the tracks. The SMRT Personnel, known as Mr Ramli was
heading home after shopping at Causeway Point, nearest to Woodlands
MRT Station. He said that he was waiting for a train when he heard
commotions and found that a woman had fell to the tracks. He
pressed the Emergency Stop Plunger in time to stop trains coming in
to the station. SMRT staff attended to the matter.
