The second Car is interchangeable between public and transit if
theres a heavy load of Transit passengers needing to go to Terminal
3. However, all of the public passengers would have to exit the
train first, then the doors would close, then the Transit side
doors will open. Similar to the Sentosa Express procedures at
Sentosa Station.
