Well, ask my friend's father. He's the creater of all the
anoucements in the MRT and in charge to improve Passenger
Communications. He even came up with a system simillar to SBST's
iris but his boss rejects his suggestion also codenamed iris. I
swear it's true.
AFAIK, MRTs have no door closing annoucements when it was firstly
intoduced in 1987. He was the creator of In-train annoucements.
