i stay in tampines with a view of the mrt stn.
i was otw home frm camp at 6.50pm with my train just exiting bedok
stn. then the train slowed down and came to a stop. announcements
were made saying that the train will stop at tnm and all passengers
to alight(train went westbound frm tnm)
at tnm, it seemed like two train-loads of eastbound passengers were
on the platform. train came in under 2mins and there was obviously
no space to board the train for everyone.
i resorted to getting off at tnm and taking 38 back home with a
friend. otw down, saw the lcd screen, disruption between tamp and
psr. my friend and i str8away knew what that meant! bus stop was
packed w/ ppl taking 9/12/38.
called my bro who was home and he confirmed the suicide.
usual reaching home time : 7.15pm.
today : 8.00pm.
