Whether they like it or not, the rail way to Tanjong Pagar
Station must be active. If they stop rail services for six months,
the land they own along the railway track will revert back to
Singapore.
So die die KTM must have rail service to Singapore.
Whatever they announce, we must bear in mind that there are many
factions in Malaysian politics. One party will like a course of
action, another will dislike it. And those in between will play
along with the winner. And what ever the Malaysian PM or other
ministers says, or even signs, is not binding. Unless ratified by
their parliament.
So don't be too hopeful by their announcements.
