Organized by SMRT in partnership with MHA, SCDF, SPF &
LTA.
To train & equip the community to play a more effective role in
public transport safety & security.
All participants will undergo 3 hrs of theory & 4 hrs of
practical lessons.
theory lesson include :
1. Introduction to security threats & challenges such as
chemical, biological, radiological & explosive attacks
2. Training on how to be vigilant on SMRT's transport
networks
3. Training on reporting procedures & emergency response
practical training lesson comprises on-site
role-playing, identification & reporting of threats, & a
train evacuation using derainment ramp.
training lesson are conducted fortnightly, subject
to min. class size of 50 persons.
graduates may take part in any upcoming Emergency
Preparedness Exercise held at MRT Stn, Train Depots or Bus
Int(optional).
