i'm not sure if i saw this right.
was at DBG station north-bound and was rushing for time on 12th
feb, monday at about 7:45pm. when i entered the train i happened to
look down into the track area and saw waves of water... like the
track was flooded or something... did anyone notice this?
is this a common occurence?
any idea what caused it? rain? burst water pipes?
