Recently, a similar case happened at BSH station, and I
witnessed it. A group of 4-5 technicians were repairing a faulty
electrical point at one end of the northbound platform, while one
technician was standing on the platform. The station manager was
talking on the telephone located at the end of the platform.
As a 3G northbound train approached the platform, the technician
waved a yellow flag and the light went on, showing the train went
into CM. The driver drove the train at a reduced speed upon seeing
the yellow flag. After stopping, all personnel cleared from the
track.
