any serangoon dwellers who have noticed that along serangoon ave 2 there's a structure being erected in the construction compound... facing blks 330-335, the 133/135/58/45 bus stop there...?

does anybody know what it is? is it a station exit?

Could be one of the exits for CCL 13 Serangoon Station.
