Those on the Yamanote Line (JR East) has two laguages of
broadcast (Japanese and English), and the time is just so
accurate.
Well, through these few weeks of taking the MRT, I feel that the
standard is up again, now I would give 6.5-7.5 out of 10 for peak
hours operations due to the better frequency, saw the best was 1-2
minutes (EWL).
