MooKu SG I wouldn't mind this. They are taking along with them 2 young children and yet they also have bags of belongings. Taking care of 2 young kids is tiring enough. Maybe they just didn't think of putting those bags underneath the seat.
SBS9889U SG Should be ok, you see they got so many things, wont it be worse if they carried them and accidentally dropped on somebody else? They carrying their kids somemore leh, unlike that 3 person family featured on today in another thread.
