Please observe the Copyright Act to avoid prosecution.

who cares? i swagger in the face of copyright laws and i taunt at them like a real man does!

no lah, so old liao, i doubt borders or local bookstores will have them.

maybe i gotta check out opentrolley.com.sg for the price, but well......if none, then i'm gonna print them out.

thanks for your suggestion. apparently, the fish is not as stinky as i thought.

Well maybe if you tell us the titles here

There are many old books out in the market.

I mean just look at Shakespear books. Is it older than that?

Nikar7 SG

nah, the books i need are mostly Andrew Loomis's books (an artist).

since his death, his family prohibit anyone from publishing his books, so it's been out of print for eons.

those who have it (like me) only have the PDF versions, so we gotta print ourselves.

lol, good to take up art. Anyway, my kind of art is not those artistic paintings lah....those stuff in those art museums with messy non-discernible paintings really are crap and not my type. i'm more interested in figure drawing of humans (faces and gestures etc.)

lol, i tried liao! did it on wed's morning, printing another book with 195 pages.

in the end, now the toner almost run out and i don't dare to try anymore cos' small company boss will suspect easily (since he monitor toner use quite strictly).

in large company, printing a 500-page manual and taking 400 sheets of blank new printing paper home is an easy task and requires no effort (as i've tried crazy stuff like this before), but small company is very different.

And what do you know about modern and contemporary art to dismiss it as such?

i know nothing about those contemporary art, and i do know that a 2-year old scribbles is much more alive and interesting to look at.

There'd be no arguing with this post if only you'd stopped at the third word.

Hi Nikar, which area are you staying at? I remember dropping by a photocopy shop at Bouna Vista MRT station a few days ago to get my materials scan in PDF format and get some photocopying done. The service is fast and reasonably priced, you might want to check it out. If i'm not wrong, the shop name is Zap Zap Copy.

Nikar7 SG

thanks! i'm staying at jurong area.

i don't need to print any books now, but recently, i found a full-fledge shop that offers PCs / scanners / printers / photocopiers / internet access etc near bras basah complex.

it's along the way to the complex. ;-)
