Ah Cek SG din notice tat. maybe going up a gradient, or purposely slow down to free some headway, or the 2 stations too near each other & must slow down once accelerated?
iveco SG It is due to the CCL works at the proposed Serangoon interchange. In fact, some folks say Serangoon NEL station is sinking as a result. If so, LTA should pay close attention to the situation. They can’t afford another Nicoll Highway-style incident.
FireIce SG i notice sometimes the doors are opened for especially long duration at potong pasir…............
sBs_boy SG Fact is that Serangoon Station is already sink by 1cm.. in order not to have a derailment inside the tunnel, what they do was to slow down the train for the Nouth Bound Train towards Punggol Station between Serangoon and Kovan MRT Station..
medicheng SG notice it slows down from serangoon til around one third of the distance of serangoon to kovan... then it will go back to normal speed. and i notice... only one train is allow to pass by that section at one time from either direction... is there something we dunno?
SBS9889U SG Perhaps something can be done to this sinking to improve the current situation when Circle Line is being bulit, if not will Circle Line have to sink in as well?
iveco SG Like I said before, LTA has to keep their eyes open for any soil movement at Serangoon. If not, we may have another Nicoll Highway-style incident, but this time it could be worse.
Manager433 SG Because they know I am running down the stairs mah. Ah Chiam's territory dun play play.
Manager433 SG Choi choi choi. If happens again, more people will be XXXXXXXXXX inorder to save 'operating cost'.
