For the case of "Holland Village" (HV), I think that HV name is far
smarter than the "Chip Bee".
And well, if Chip Bee name is used, foreign visitors heading to HV
may not know what is Chip Bee, causing them to lost their way
around Buona Vista area.
Also, for the case of "One-North", it is better to be One-North,
given the CCL doesn't run deep into Portsdown Rd area.
Finally, it seemed that names chosen by the general public are much
more suitable, because they are of familiar names, i.e. Botanic
Gardens.
