when walking from NEL Outram Park toward EWL, the screen on the
linkway can try to display the Pasir Ris/Boon Lay arrival time
instead of just showing "To East West Line", which is obvious and
redundant, given the number of colour signs there. Sometimes, the
screen display the date and time, but i think it is really make
more sense to display the EWL train arrival time. i dont think this
is impossible, is just whether they wanna to do or not.
u know when walking from NEL to EWL, we can only see the SMRT
screen when we turn right toward the escalator. seriously, if what
is mention in the above cannot be done, maybe they should shift the
current SMRT LED screen to somewhere behind the NEL LED screen, so
that once people walk into the linkway, they can see the EWL
arrival time. so that we can decides to walk slower or faster. if
we reach the escalator then realise that the train just arrive, it
is usu too late to catch it, so there isnt really much point
putting the screen there.
