well....perhaps they dun have much industries n people in oz n
are doin the jobs they hate thus the ugly human side.ive heard of
my frend getting crap from qld uni when he was
studying,,,,foreigners are often treaed much like criminals by some
aussies unfortunately.then there was one lecturer from hong kong
played out and doin job not ment for his position,,,i was also
badly treated because they want it done their way without
guidance,introduction and refusal to cooperate.im very much alive
because i dared to question them and their methods!!!oz have like 3
serious injury in their industry every hour from their own gov
statistics....so it tells u more bout how ignorant or how bad they
do things.they count from water usage to nickel and dimes that a
bulb uses....reminds me of a poor stingy man with no money.
in order words they expect u to know it by magic or ESP. working
with the aussies is very much like being an inmate in prison.such
is the legacy they want and want to handover if u seem
different.
i should say there isnt much integrity,friendliness and often
misleading info given to you from aussies if they can.its sabotage
really.then theres favoritism which i can only get the aussie
manager to confess after i skin him alive.
australia isnt ready for the world in terms of
technology,strategy and mindset.its still stuck somewhere in the
1960s.im sure the americans,african refugees,german
immigrants,vietnamese,malaysians,hong kongers,japanese and china
chinese have a bad experience or know people who have exposure to
australian defective humans from time to time.one vietnamese
refugee who became an engineer and setup his own restaurant later
stated he plans to grow beans like he did back in the refugee camps
when he was younger.
another thai chemical engineer couldnt get his profession after
he immigrated from thailand ,ended up as an air steward who also
had to setup his restaurant later.
there are like 10 more stories from failed careers as a teacher
in oz,forced out after 1 month on the job,guy applying fer the same
job within company for 3 consecutive advertisements and finally
getting forced out of the job,japanese family looking very sad and
depressed after immigrating to oz,ex spore permanent residents
from india intending to leave oz for better career prospects
elsewhere in asia,phillipinos complaining aussie pretending to know
plenty and making them do long winded jobs at the phillippinos
expense and with more effort,new zealander forced to do work he
hates,english immigrants from britain being fired from job for
having 2 minutes more of a 30 mins teakbreak(32mins),china refugees
during tianmen square fiasco complainin why they were given menial
tasks when they had industrial machinining skills with years of
experience,sad looking asian who looks like an accountant doing a
cleaners job in brisbane,africans venting their anger on white
gal,lebanese fighting with whites over a beach spot,malaysians who
have had it with oz after being there and werkin there for 10
years,singaporean malay who immigrated elsewhere with aussie wife n
said he wouldnt want to go back n live in oz...........theres about
it for now.
tells u alot.......either theres no market fer them or they are
forced to divert from their true profession.
but if u have been thru national service in spore and have seen
whats happening under the PAP...it should be a walk in the park
somewhat.
its not true for every singaporean though, i beleive those with
degree are doing better over there, What u are talking about is
vocational jobs. Its also a mess in singapore too
