sure if this is the correct forum to post these enquiries. But here
goes....
I
have some enquiries and hope that members of this forum will be
able to address them.
If I am the sole owner of a HDB resale flat. During the drafting of
the will, can I bequeath my flat to someone that is not related to
me.
Can I do that, if in the event of me passing away
if
1) the flat is not fully paid for, meaning I still own outstanding
balance on my flat
2) the flat is fully paid for.
Please advise on these inquires, thank you for your attention on
this matter.
