Hi all,
i was trying to find a 'business' forum under sgforum, and
cannot find any and 'money' seems to be the best topic to post my
query.
Can any experienced reader advice on my current issue:
Currently running a small business with a parnter, registered
with ACRA under 'LLP' which is "Limited Liability Partnership'.
We rented a place with lease of 2 years which is due to end by
August next year, now the other partner wants to exit the
partnership and 'close' the business by december 2010.
My question is since we are both partners under the LLP, can
this partner of mine forcibly close the business without my
consent? What can i do if this partner wants to end it and i do not
want and would like to continue till august next year.
