harrymushroom SG i've juz started out in a journey that will make mi lose 1k for nothing..i'm not going to hongkong...not going genting..not going bangkok..but going to Registry Of Company. i have to close a company under my name..it wasn't suppose to be this way..but i was forced to do so..and closing it will cost mi 1k plus..and i never did make any money from it..and now i have to incur cost to close it..but it was better than leaving it there..so i decided to close it... i juz pray that i can find alternative ways not to waste this money this way...i save and save so much..and after my first decent pay in the year..i got into this trouble..and the other irresponsible partner is even threatening to do illegal dealings by himself with the company's name..regardless that he knows about himself being totally removed from the company... somehow that will make him eligible to be charged under criminal law..and i can decide if i wan to take legal action against him or not..i particularly i doesn't need to worry about his side anymore..i juz need to concentrate on closing the company down..he has been warn and told on the removal of his name and making illegal dealings thereafter..so i did my part..the rest is on him..and i even kept the sms that i sent him and he sent back to mi.. though this is a huge problem and sum of money to mi...i guess it is needed...i have to go all the way..i've already closed the bank account at uob bank which cost mi a morning of urgent leave and 37bucks in cash..i might even have to go and change my company's name to void all contracts written under that name...but then again..it's useless..coz it has the reg number..so i shall not waste more money doing it...plus removing his name cost mi another 10 bucks...so that's already 47bucks..the next action will take mi more than a thousand..so that what people will pay to clear their name..?i think in this situation i would..because i need...i pray to God to help mi get it through...
