king108 SG Sorry Amendment and Addition to my earlier posting I am not worried as long as US$ exchange to Sin$ kept below $2. Unless something unusual popped out unexpectedly. That will act of God. Few criteria for you to follows;- 1) Search for company that link their CEO wage packages that are linked to their companys performance. Hence CEO must produce good result to give himself good wage packages. 2) Go for companies with good management only. 3) Go for companies that pay good divided every year, in case of any crisis, you still have dividends as interest higher than bank deposite. All investment will have risks, hence ensure that during crisis, you still have growth in your investor. 4) Look for companies that are less likely to be exposed to factors that are uncontrollable. I wouldnt name any here as it will offence others, you can use the above factors as a guide for your selection. For those speculative investor, I wished you all good luck. For me, I will advise the real investor to Kwa Lois Kwa Tio Tio, Long Zhong Mi Bo Cha Seow
king108 SG Don't needed to stare at me like that.. you can if you wanted. (No small greed, but very greedy)..
king108 SG I would appreciate you guys to provide those companies that did not issues yearly dividends consistently over the last 10 years. I will start to provide some listing next weeks. Please do not assume and/or speculate. Confirm their histories before posting them here. As an retail investor, I would only look for all possible gain, if no increase in stock price, unless your key interest is to feed the CEO and his management.
