Well...In the case of Suntec reit...they nearly bought rubbish
properties...luckily, the deal with CDL didnt go through. But now
they own Park Mall which could be a hidden potential if the
building is managed and revamped properly.
Well, when you become an investor you definitely need to shoulder
an amount of risk. In consideration for shouldering that risk, you
get a higher yield as compared to parking your money in the bank.
As they say, High Risk= High Yield Low risk=Low yield.
