enterprise value of S$1.72
billion, a 64% premium to NTA, to Colony HR Acquisitions LLC.

RHL sold all (including raffles hotel) except a 45% direct equity
interest in Tincel Properties which owns the Raffles City
Complex.
go listen to the EGM loh.. Jennie Chua will probably announce what
she intend to do with the cash after the sale, and the direction
for RHL.
RHL rose quite a bit recently, probably in anticipation of the huge
dividend payout.
