In terms of hand speed, Pacquaio has the advantage but for the
punching power, Cotto has an edge.
Sometimes in boxing, in the exchanges of shots, either boxer can
land a shot right on the button & it will make his day.
Considering the overall picture, I think Pac has the edge &
he will come out the winner.
