I don't know which idiot created this strategy - Protoss has a
powerful unit called Reaver. However, this unit is damn slow.
Therefore, an idiot thought of a way to use Shutter to transport
Reaver around.
So, everytime I saw a Shutter then I would be panic screaming -
REAVER coming!
