we see no future tourists so time travel = 100% wont happen
that isn't entirely true.
one factor is the grandfather paradox. if you could go back in
time, and you decided to kill your grandfather before he even meets
your grandmother, that means you logically cannot possibly be born
in the first place.
taking that into account, there are several reasons why nobody
has seen a "time tourist" from the future.
