stalks of organic vanilla in its pods.
Put vanilla pods in canister, pour sugar onto them and keep in
fridge.
Or whizz a small bottle of vanilla essence with the sugar and
store in canister in fridge.
Tie a ribbon over it.
And you have Vanilla Sugar. Good for spooning into coffee
and even Hot Chocolate for the whole family.
