Nowadays we can still enjoy the antics of some managers.
It makes the game more interesting. Otherwise the game will be so
boring. Managers play the game more than the players.
Before the game, managers have to psycho the other team as well as
their own team.
During the game, they have to make tactical changes as the game
progresses.
After the game, they have to make excuses, finger point, moan or
gloat during the press conference.
In between all that, they have to take away the pressure from the
players so that they can concentrate on playing football.
