The man who was death SG I think not. Suicide shouldn't be illegal also, now only iceland is the only country to legalise suicide. maybe assisted suicide but not self suicide. Think of it like euthanasia. Keeping a suffering person alive is also very selfish. "Sheng ti fa fu shou zi fu mu", but i never ask my parents to make love and had me in the first place. Basically i have no choice whether i want to be born or not and now i can't decide if i want to die or not?
