actually, the only known fact in that whole paragraph is that
solar maximum is really 2012. however, solar cycles are 11 year
cycles (they happen every 11 years), which means it will peak again
in 2023, 2034, etc. and there were also solar maximums in 2001,
1990, etc. so 2012 is not exactly a "special" year. however, the
solar minimum that recently was still at minimum was the lowest of
all the minimums in the past few cycles of a few decades (but this
doesn't mean anything since a decade is 10 years, while the sun is
more than millions of years old)
so, the solar maximum will happen, but disaster or not is not a
guarantee because nobody knows how severe it will be and it takes a
bit of luck? for it to be shooting a CME straight at us. most
CMEs/Solar Flares completely miss the Earth anyway and besides, its
been happening every 11 years, the worst one blacked out the whole
Quebec and killed telegraph lines, but humans are still here. we'll
get through it. don't panic la.
the pole reversal is extremely unlikely to happen, although
planets do move their poles, they don't exactly do it overnight. in
fact, our magnetic north and south poles are constantly shifting
positions anyway. nobody dies from that.
internet & networks? that's linked to solar flares i
presume, which is unpredictable for now and its not like humans
completely die without electricity and internet. hunt animals and
eat grass and stay in cave lor -_- wont die one.
as for your last point: weather = change
there is no such thing as weather that doesn't change. it
wouldn't be weather. so nothing to say there.
if like that..
stay home play chess.
