why dun NTUC impose a $10-$20 per trolley, which is refundable
to you when you return the trolley. for $1, people can heck care
about returning. maybe $10-$20 some rich people may also heck care
about returning.
How able this suggestion, if ones need to use trolley, surrender
you ic to the counter and the staff will give them a card (with
s/n) on it.
Disadvantage is ntuc need a space counter for it. Staff can
rotate to do the jobs.
