I predict that by June/July, Tampines 1 will become normal
again. Tampines Mall / Century Square has already 'kope' away all
the good stores. The only potential stores I can see is Uniqlo,
Manpuku, Cold Storage, Times and Topshop/Topman.
By looking at the list below, TM has already 'koped' so many good
stores by plainly looking at TM Level 1 stores. Imagine TM+CS Good
stores?
