Hi all,

I am hoping to gather some of us who have ktv systems at home and share ideas on updates and maintainance.

Currently having a KPRO system at home... Anyone else out here having that system? Have you been updating?

What about the rest??

Im using an old BMB karaoke system

going to move on to professional audio(those they used on 歌台) when i have money

Check out andyware ok 300 software, seems not bad

To Mypillowtalks: Hi there. I am using a KOD player. Professional audio meaning the speakers and woofer huh? Those are the things that have a huge 1-time costs leh... but I thought BMB should last you long enough? lol.

I want to update my KOD!!! Or anyone got any KOD that can easily update to recommend?

No, i already have woofers and speaker, but they are meant for home use

im more interested in going loud, quite ex lah, 800++per speaker, for those normal ones

too loud, neighbours complain... unless u have a special room for KTV and it's sound proof...

My friend's house does have a KTV room but it isn't sound proof -__-

Compare to the volume when we go KTV, which one louder?

agar agar can guess lor, u stand around the same distance from the speakers, remember the volume

then u at home u do it again, ktv room should be louder becos of the design, our house is bigger than their room, and not enclosed. so the sound is more 'spread'

but the actual volume produced by the speaker could be around the same

depends lah, if all ur friend come ur house, have new songs also same, just follow my rule:Loud=Happy

dun everytime sing lor, i normally the music volume turn to 12oclock and mic to 1030 11oclcok position, that is quite loud already, plus a woofer that volume is song dah!
