For many younger japanese who grown up in high tech and wealthy
Japan, returning to farming seems unlikely but many are doing so
moving away from urban centers to half abandoned countryside to
make farming cool and cut down the countryfood deficit in the
process.
"Kids should dream of becoming farmers, not baseball
players!"said Mr miyaji telling a crowd of young farmers.
"No matter how big Japan's economy is, no matter how much
cash it stacks up, the country will soon be unable to buy so much
food from overseas".he said
Who is Mr. miyaji? Miyagi I know ....but miyaji?????
Anyway I feel "No matter how big Singapore's economy is, no
matter how much cash it stacks up, the country will soon be
unable to buy so much food from overseas".
"So Singaporeans should dream of becoming farmers."
Or ...
"Girls should dream of becoming farmers while Guys should dream
of doing more NS." <CAUTION -- Highly Flammable>
Don't say I biased ok?
