at home just need to wear
(1) "thermal" - not really those thermal thermal, just need
something that is 贴身，it can be long sleeved
(2) one more layer if necessary
(2) a cheap fleece jacket <- these are nice and warm and
cheap
(3) a scarf
(4) fleece pants
(5) socks and room slippers
warm enough oredi! (adjust your heater accordingly. sometimes by
wearing all the above, i save electricity and dun even turn on the
heater!!! but i will always heat the bathroom up before i
shower.)
