Objection overruled
The term '2 people mahjong' has been defined as liaison between
2 persons. Mahjong is used as an excuse for a cover up of this
liaison.
Having a job does not necessarily clear a person of an obsession
or compulsive behaviour.
For example is the recent case of a Japanese worker who
downloaded porn into his computer during working hours. That is an
compulsive disorder during work hours.
But compulsive behaviour is not limited by working hours.
Playing 'mahjong' after work can be compulsive, playing 'mahjong'
during weekends can be compulsive.
As long as it leads to a breakdown in communication between
defendant and his peers, absence from his usual weekend schedule,
disregard of his duties and responsibilities as a moderator in
sgForums, so on and so forth, it can be clearly seen that its a
compulsive and disruptive behaviour.
