i yesterday cannot sleep . dunno why . 
roll around in bed for 1 hour plus then fall asleep .
tired leh . but dunno why cannot sleep .
my heart was thumping quite fast .
that scared me a lot .
dun ask me why thumping fast . because i also dunno .
got problem with me ? scared leh .
