my second thought
i saw makansutra just now, and who that chap again, was saying
something negative about korean food, and goes on and on about how
he loves jap food and even goes to every top japanese restaurant in
singapore
i beg to differ man
after watching korean shows like da chang jin, yi dao and le
grande chef, and even period dramas like song of a prince, i
realised that korean food are pretty much shaped by their history,
land and harsh climate
it gives this 'lowly' harsh coarse sharp tasting food, but it's
rich culturally and define how their life are like
just like when people are amazed at the great variety of food in
singapore, it shows the diversity of people here in singapore
