Hi all, I just exercised my option to purchase a resale hdb
flat. My agent told me that it is not possible to use that sum to
offset cov. But I found that it can be used to offset cov. so my qn
is: why does he tell me it's "not possible" to offset cov? anything
to gain from telling me this?
